Factory unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary due to fluctuations in the steel market, fuel costs, engineering modifications, and regulatory changes such as city or fire requirements.Lead times are approximate and exclude shipping and installation unless specified. INFORM is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen factors beyond its control, including, but not limited to, raw material shortages, paint unavailability, tool deficiencies, or adverse weather conditions.Work will occur during standard working hours, Monday to Friday, under normal temperatures unless specified otherwise. Work areas must be clear of debris, and electrical power must be accessible within 100 feet. Customers are responsible for providing necessary lift equipment, such as forklifts and scissor lifts, unless specified. INFORM will not honor back charges without a pre-approved change order. Stand time will be charged at $35 per man hour, plus equipment and material costs, which are billed at cost plus 15%. Special inspections for anchors and concrete are not included unless specifically stated.INFORM does not accept returns for goods damaged in transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect each shipment for damage or shortages. If discrepancies are found, ensure the freight carrier notes the exact nature of these issues on the freight bill before acceptance. Any claims for damages or shortages should be filed with the carrier to arrange for product replacement or repair.
