Our extensive service offerings include maintenance, parts, training, and extended warranties, delivering precisely what your business requires to optimize operations and performance.INFORM proudly extends a warranty on structural products, assuring them free from manufacturing defects for one year starting from the date of installation by an approved installer. However, the warranty excludes coverage for regular wet-applied paint and damages arising from conditions outside INFORM's control, including normal wear and tear, improper installation by others, fire, water or chemical damage, and structural shifts like separation of concrete slabs or wall settling.Unless otherwise specified, all prices are F.O.B. Factory. Please note that prices may fluctuate due to changes in the steel market, fuel costs, engineering modifications, or requirements from city/fire regulations.Estimated lead times are provided, excluding shipping and installation unless otherwise specified. INFORM shall not be liable for shipment delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to shortages of raw materials, paint, molds, tools, and adverse weather conditions.All work will be conducted during standard working hours, Monday through Friday, in ambient temperature unless specifically quoted otherwise. The work area must be free of debris, and electrical power should be accessible within 100 feet of the work area. The customer is responsible for providing lift equipment, such as forklifts and scissor lifts, unless specified differently. INFORM does not honor back charges unless a formal change order has been issued and approved in writing before the commencement of work. Stand time is charged at $35 per man-hour plus equipment costs, with materials supplied at cost plus 15%. Special inspections for anchors, concrete, and other elements are not included unless explicitly specified.INFORM does not accept returns of products damaged during transit. Customers must inspect each shipment thoroughly upon arrival for damage or shortages. If any issues are detected, the customer should have the freight carrier document the exact nature of the damages or shortages on the freight bill before accepting the goods. For any damages or shortages found, customers should file a claim directly with the freight carrier to have the goods replaced or repaired.
