INFORM pledges a warranty on structural products, asserting they are free from manufacturing defects for 1 year post-installation by sanctioned installers. This warranty excludes regular wet-applied paint and harm stemming from conditions beyond INFORM's control, including but not limited to typical wear, improper installation by external parties, fire, water damage, chemical reactions, foundation shifts, or wall settling.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are F.O.B. Factory. Prices remain subject to fluctuations due to variable market conditions such as steel prices, fuel costs, engineering amendments, city/fire code changes, etc., ensuring you're always informed of the latest rates.
Lead times provided are estimations and do not cover shipping or installation unless specified. INFORM disclaims liability for shipping delays caused by unforeseeable factors beyond its control, including raw material shortages, paint, die availability, tooling issues, adverse weather, and more.
All tasks will be executed during standard working hours, Monday to Friday, in ambient conditions unless otherwise quoted. To facilitate operations, work areas must be unobstructed, and electrical power should be accessible within 100 feet. Customers should supply lifting equipment like forklifts or scissor lifts unless specified otherwise. INFORM will not honor back charges unless a pre-approved change order is issued in writing. Stand time costs $35 per man-hour, plus equipment costs, with materials provided at cost plus 15%. Note that special inspections on anchors and concrete are not included unless specified.
INFORM disclaims responsibility for products damaged during transit. The buyer should seek recourse with the freight carrier. Buyers must diligently inspect shipments for damages or shortages. If damage or shortages are apparent, ensure the freight carrier documents these on the freight bill before accepting goods. Any damage or shortage claims should be filed directly with the freight carrier to pursue replacement or repair of goods.
